Tiger Woods, the worlds number one golfer and perhaps one of the most co-ordinated people on the planet has been involved in a major car accident outside his home in Florida.

Initial reports indicate that Tiger, who was driving his 2009 Cadillac at around 2am on Friday, crashed into a fire hydrant and then careered into a tree suffering what have been reported as servere injuries.
Woods was rushed to Health Central Hospital where he is being treated for multiple injuries.
So what caused the worlds number one golfer and a man who always appears in control, to crash his car in such odd circumstances? Drugs? Drink Driving? A fight with his wife? Or was it just a really unfortunate lapse of judgement?
Police have ruled out alcohol, so we'll just have to wait and see what the investigation reveals. One thing is certain, there is bound to be a media frenzy, rife with speculation and rumours, until the truth is finally revealed.
